We send our packages with DHL. Shipping takes place within 2-4 working days after receipt of payment, deliveries to packing stations and parcel shops are also possible.

When shipping to non-EU countries such as Switzerland, customs fees may be charged to the recipient. We recommend that you contact the relevant customs authority for more information. Additional customs fees are not included in our shipping costs. Please note that customs fees are calculated per package and not per order. We strive to pack the packages as efficiently as possible. However, due to weight restrictions per package, larger orders must be split into multiple packages.

Returns

The products can be returned within 14 days of receipt. As a small company, we unfortunately do not offer free returns, especially in view of the aspect of sustainable consumption. 1. Print return slip

You can find the return slip here . Fill it out and enclose it with your return so that we can assign your shipment to you later.

2. Packaging and condition of the goods

We would like to ask you to handle the products responsibly. If the goods are stained or otherwise damaged when returned, we unfortunately cannot accept them and will have to send them back to you. Pack the goods well and use the package and packaging materials that you received from us.

3. Franking of the return shipment

Please ensure that your return shipment is sufficiently stamped. For packages returned carriage forward or with insufficient postage, DHL's penalty fee of €15 will be offset against the credit for the return shipment.

We also recommend insured shipping. This way, you can track your return and your shipment will be insured by your shipping service provider in the event of loss.

Once we have received and processed your return, you will receive a confirmation email. You will receive a refund for the returned items within 14 working days of the confirmation email being sent, using the payment method you used for your purchase.
